HerHealthyNest sells digital guides at this time. There is nothing to ship, so there are no shipping fees, no delivery addresses, and no waiting for a package. Your guide is delivered to you online, right after your purchase. Here is how it works.

How delivery works

Every guide is a digital PDF file. As soon as your purchase is complete, your guide is available to you in two ways:

• A download link appears on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout.
• A confirmation email with your download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout.

In most cases this happens within a few minutes. Because delivery is digital, no shipping address or postage is required.

Accessing your guide

Your guide is a PDF, which opens on almost any device, including your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. You can read it online or save it to your device and read it anytime, even offline. We recommend saving a copy so you always have it.

If you do not see your guide

If your confirmation email has not arrived within a few minutes, please:

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
• Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout.
• Search your inbox for "HerHealthyNest."

If you still cannot find it, we are happy to resend your guide. Email support@herhealthynest.com or use our Contact page, and include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days.
