Is this a physical product or a digital download?
Everything we offer right now is digital. Your purchase is a PDF you can download and keep, ready to open the moment your order is complete.
How do I receive my purchase?
Your purchase is delivered instantly. As soon as your order is complete you can download it right away, and a copy of the download link is also sent to your email.
What format are the guides in?
Each guide is a professionally formatted PDF, so the design stays clean and consistent on every device you open it on.
What devices can I read them on?
Any device that opens a PDF, including your phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, and most e-readers. You won't need anything special. A free PDF reader is all it takes, and most devices already have one built in.
What if I lose my file or need to download it again?
No problem. Your download link is saved in the confirmation email we send, so you can always come back to it. If you can't find it or run into any trouble, contact us with your order number and the email you used at checkout. We'll look up your purchase on our end and send it over to you again.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes, though it isn't only for beginners. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, you'll find it easy to follow. If you're new, nothing is taken for granted, and if you already know your way around, there's still plenty here to build on.

Yes, absolutely. HerHealthyNest is still growing. Over time we plan to expand with new material on other areas of women's health and wellness, so there will be more to look forward to.

How will the charge appear on my statement?
Your purchase will show up as HerHealthyNest, or a shortened version of it, on your card or bank statement. If anything looks unfamiliar or you have a question about a charge, just reach out and we'll look into it for you right away.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all downloadable purchases are final. That said, if something goes wrong on our end, such as a link that won't work, a file that won't open, or a duplicate charge, we'll always make it right.
