At HerHealthyNest, our returns policy works a little differently from a store that ships physical items, because of how our products are delivered. We want you to feel confident and informed before you buy, so please take a moment to read the details below.

All sales are final

Our products are currently digital downloads, delivered as PDF files immediately after your purchase is complete. Because each file is delivered in full and cannot be returned the way a physical item can, all downloadable purchases are final. Once a file has been delivered or opened, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, as this is standard practice for products delivered this way.

Since these files are delivered instantly and can be read right away, we are also unable to offer refunds for reasons such as changing your mind after purchase, or expecting different content than what is described on the product page. That is why we encourage you to read the details first.

Before you purchase

We want every purchase to be the right fit for you. Before you buy, we encourage you to:

  • Read the full product description.
  • Check the format and page count (PDF).
  • Review what it covers and who it is for.

When we will help

While digital downloads are non-refundable, we will always make things right if something goes wrong on our end. Please contact us if:

  • You did not receive your download link or confirmation email after purchase.
  • Your file will not download, appears corrupted, or will not open.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

In these cases we will resend your file, correct the issue, or, where appropriate, issue a refund for a duplicate or incorrect charge.
